A Tribute to Notting Hill Carnival Pioneers
This permanent plaque honours the pioneers whose vision, creativity and contribution helped shape the history and cultural legacy of Notting Hill Carnival.
The unveiling will also mark the opening of Black History Month in the UK, providing an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the people and stories that have contributed to Britain’s rich Black history and cultural heritage.
